Using this Microwedding Package Guide & Price List as a reference, please fill in the order form with the following:

1. Your Contact & Wedding Details 

 

2. Colour Palette Selection

Choose from any of the core colour palettes, or select a seasonal colour palette that is available on your wedding date

 

3. Floral Item Selection 

Choose which of the floral items and number of each you would like to include in your package

 

4. Pickup/Delivery/Set Up Selection 

Choice of floral pickup, floral delivery (drop off only), or floral delivery & set up

 

5. Preferred Deposit Amount 

$250 or 50% of your pre-tax quote total​​

If you are still finalizing some wedding detail but would like to book/secure the Microwedding Package for your wedding date:

If you would like to move forward with booking the Microwedding Package to secure your wedding date, but don’t know exactly which colour palette, floral items, and/or pickup/delivery/set up services you would like to include in your package, you may do so my placing a deposit (minimum of $250) and returning a signed contract. This secures your wedding date with the studio, and all options/ pricing in the Microwedding Package will remain available to you. When filling in the online order form you will have the option to select TBD for your colour palette selection, floral item selection, and pickup/delivery/set up selection. You may leave some or all of these decisions TBD. You will have until the deadlines listed in step 4 to make your final decisions and make the final payment.

Once we receive your completed order form we will be in touch to provide you with a full quote, contract & deposit invoice.

Your booking is not confirmed until a signed and dated contract and deposit payment are received by the studio.

To confirm your wedding date and booking, both a signed/dated contract and deposit payment (50% of your quote total, or $250) must be received by the studio within two weeks of your quote and contract being sent. If a signed contract and deposit are not received within those two weeks the wedding date is opened back up to other inquires and studio availability can no longer be guaranteed.

Once we receive your signed contract and deposit payment, you are booked and confirmed for your wedding date! Step 4 outlines the dates and deadlines to make changes to your signed quote, and final payment due date, in the lead up to your wedding date.

Below is an overview of the dates and deadlines to make changes or updates to your quote, and the due date of your final payment. The exact date of your six week and four week deadlines will be provided for you upon booking and the studio will be in touch about 7-8 weeks before your wedding date to remind you that the following deadlines are approaching.

Six Weeks Before Your Wedding Date:

All final decisions and quote adjustments are due. Changes or updates to your colour palette selection, floral item selection and number needed of each, and pickup/delivery/set up selection can be made up until this date, as long as the minimum spend amount is reached. If you left any of these selections TBD in your initial quote, final decisions must be made by this date, and the minimum spend amount must be reached. Updates, changes, and final decisions must be made by getting in touch with the studio by phone or email before this deadline.

 

Four Weeks Before Your Wedding Date:

Final payment (full quote total including tax, minus the deposit amount) is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. Payment is accepted via credit, debit, or e-transfer. A final invoice will be provided for you.

 

Once your final payment is made we should have all details about your design and pickup/delivery/set up requirements confirmed - move on to Step 5!

On your wedding day your florals will be ready for you to pickup, be delivered, or be delivered and set up, depending on your chosen method.  Each wedding is a little different and we work with you to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. We will be available if you need to reach us on the day-of - usually by phone is best.

All fresh flowers, vases, and containers that we provide in the package are purchased and yours to keep, they do not need to be returned to us- take them home or gift them to your friends and family for them to enjoy!
