For Full Service Wedding Floral Design, our minimum spend for peak season (May-October) Saturday's and Sundays of holiday weekends* is $3000 (pre-tax and delivery/set up fees). For all other dates, our full service wedding floral design minimum spend is $1500 (pre-tax and delivery/set up fees). 

​*Holiday Sunday are the Sunday's of the following weekends: Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving

Our Microwedding Package minimum spend is $500 for all dates. ​​

We are located in East Hamilton. As a home based studio we do not offer in-studio consultations/meetings, but we are happy to connect over video call,  phone call, or email.

2. After the consultation we prepare your custom Wedding Floral Design Proposal & Quote, which will include: Your suggested mix of theme flowers, individual pricing and design options for all florals you may be interested in including in your final floral design, and pricing options for different set up & delivery services. 

3. To secure your wedding date and quoted floral design, you will need to place a deposit (30% of your quote total or $1000) and return a signed/ dated contract within two weeks of receiving your Wedding Floral Design Proposal & Quote. ​​Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment and signed/dated contract are received by the studio.

At the time of booking we will provide you with additional details about making changes to your signed quote, when your final decisions must be made, and the due date of your final payment.

2.  If you would like to move forward with booking the Microwedding Package, we will provide you with a link to our order form where you can fill in your colour palette selection, floral item selection, and pickup/delivery/set up selection. Once your form is submitted we will be in touch shortly with an itemized Quote for confirmation. 

3. To secure your wedding date and quoted floral design, you will need to place a deposit (50% of your quote total or $250) and return a signed/ dated contract within two weeks of receiving your Quote. ​​Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment and signed/dated contract are received by the studio.

At the time of booking we will provide you with additional details about making changes to your signed quote, when your final decisions must be made, and due date of your final payment.

Also take into consideration the style of your venue(s), the season your wedding is taking place in, and any other colours you plan to incorporate into your wedding day. We are happy to offer suggestions!

​Creating a floral budget can be difficult when you don't know what wedding flowers typically cost. Once you inquire with us we will send you a full style and pricing guide which includes an overview of the floral designs we offer and general pricing for all of our most popular floral items. We provide a full design overview and quote for you before booking, so you have a full picture on total cost of your wedding florals before committing to booking with us. 

We typically open our calendar in January for the year following the current year (for example, in January 2025 we begin taking bookings for all 2027 wedding dates) 

Though not all of your wedding details need to be confirmed before booking a floral design consultation, we do recommend that a general wedding plan be established first (ie. venue booked, overall wedding theme and colour scheme decided, general ceremony and reception layout known, wedding party size decided) so that the most accurate floral design options and quote can be provided for you.
