Wedding Party Flowers
Wedding Party florals include all personal flowers that will be held or worn by the couple, wedding party, family, and/or other close friends and special attendants. Wedding party florals are often either delivered to your getting ready location the morning of the wedding, or directly to the ceremony venue. Please see the Pickup, Delivery & Set Up Options section below for options and details on how the wedding party flowers will be packed for pickup or delivery.

Bridal Bouquet
Asymmetric Style

A hand-tied bridal bouquet designed in an asymmetric style, with a front and back side. Blooms are incorporated at different heights to create depth and fullness in the bouquet. A balanced mix of focal blooms, medium blooms, small/cluster blooms, textural blooms, and greenery will be used in the bouquet. The core of the bouquet measures approximately 12” across (some airily placed blooms may fall outside this range). Stems wrapped with ribbon, to match the chosen colour palette. The bouquet will be delivered in a vase of water.

Bridal Bouquet
Rounded Style

A hand-tied bridal bouquet designed in a rounded style, with florals arranged equally around all sides. Blooms are placed side by side to create a rounded shape. A balanced mix of focal blooms, medium blooms, small/cluster blooms, textural blooms, and greenery will be used in the bouquet. The bouquet measures approximately 11-12” across. Floral Options & Price List:
Ceremony Flowers
Ceremony florals can be provided to suit a number of different ceremony venues and layouts. It is important to consider the size of your ceremony venue, and if there are any structures (such as pillars, arbours, arches, mantles, barrels etc.) at the venue, or that you plan to provide, that the ceremony florals can be incorporated onto. If you are not sure what works best for your venue please ask and we can provide some guidance!
Ceremony florals can be picked up, delivered (drop off only) at the ceremony venue, or delivered and full set up of the ceremony floral can be provided. Please see the Pickup, Delivery & Set Up Options section below for details on options and pricing. Please note, we do not return to move ceremony florals after the ceremony ends but we can provide some details and tips about moving the ceremony florals to the reception if the venue or a family member/member of the wedding party will be able to move the florals for you.

Arch/Arbour Floral Piece

A medium sized floral accent piece that can be attached to most styles of arbours or arches. This piece can be designed to be placed in the top centre, top corner, or either edge of an arch/arbour.
Please note: We do not provide the actual arbour, it must be provided by the venue or you may choose to provide your own.
Suggested Placement:
At the top corner (usually top left), top middle, or either edge of an arbour or arch. Please ensure that the arbour/arch is stable (either a permanent structure or weighted down at the base, especially if the ceremony is outside) so that it doesn’t tip over when the floral piece is added. If you choose pickup or delivery (drop off only) for your florals, everything needed to attach the floral piece and details on how to attach it to the arch/arbour will be provided for you.

Reception Flowers
Reception florals can be provided to suit a number of different reception venues. They can be added to the head/sweetheart table, the guest tables, and/ or added to accent additional tables and structures around the venue such as the welcome table, bar, cake table, cake, entrance, etc. If you are not sure what works best for your venue please ask and we can provide some guidance!
Reception florals can be picked up, delivered (drop off only) to the reception venue, or delivered and full set up of the reception floral can be provided. Please see the Pickup, Delivery & Set Up Options section below for details on options and pricing. All fresh florals, vases/containers, and any other items that we provide for the reception florals are purchased and yours to keep/give away to guests. We do not offer any rental items or teardown/late night collection services with the Microwedding Package, so nothing provided by the studio needs to be returned, and you will be responsible for ensuring your florals are taken home or cleared away at the end of the night (as required by your venue).

Sweetheart Table Arrangement
$350
A low table piece, designed to be placed at the front edge of a one sided table. Flowers are kept low to the table, as to not obstruct view/sight lines, and greenery + florals will cascade slightly down the front of the table.
Suggested Placement:
Sized to be placed on a sweetheart table (a two person table for just the couple to sit at) but can also be placed on a longer head table (but will only cover the portion of the table directly in front of the couple). Designed to be placed at the edge of a table, so the table should be one sided and facing out towards guests.

Small Bud Vase

A small bud vase, includes a fill of a single focal bloom, plus a touch of greenery. A bottle style bud vase is included.
Suggested Placement:
Bud vases can be placed down the centre of a rectangular guest table. Depending on desired floral density, bud vases can be placed every 1-4 feet on rectangular tables.
Bud vases can be clustered at the centre of round guest tables. When used on their own, 3+ per table is recommended, if other decor will be on the table 1-2 bud vases can be used as an additional accent.
Bud vases can be used to accent additional locations around the venue, such as the bar, welcome table, cocktail tables, the sweetheart/head table, cake table, etc.
Vase:
A mix of bottle style bud vases are used, between 4” - 6” in height.

Large Bud Vase

Suggested Placement:
Small jar table arrangements can be used on round guest tables, placed individually at the centre of the table.
Small jar table arrangements can be placed on rectangular guest tables - for a table 6 feet or less, one jar is recommended (placed at the middle point of the table), for tables 6+ feet in length, two jars are recommended (one at the 1/3 point and one at the 2/3 point).
Small jar table arrangements can be used to accent additional locations around the venue, such as the bar, welcome table, cocktail tables, the sweetheart/head table, cake table, etc.

Cake Flower Bundle

A small bundle of loose focal blooms plus a touch of textural/filler florals and greenery. Each bundle will be enough to create a small group of blooms on an individual cake tier. To cover multi-tiered cakes, multiple bundles are recommended

We do not place flowers on the cake, only provide them for your baker/venue to add to the cake. Please discuss options with your baker/venue to make sure that they will be able to add florals to your cake during cake delivery/set up.

Table greenery, garland, and loose florals can be provided to accent the ceremony or reception space, or provided for you to DIY.
Greenery/garland and loose flowers have a minimum order amount (either minimum number or minimum length, depending on the item).

Table Greenery Cluster

Loose stems of Italian Ruscus greenery + a touch of other greenery that can be clustered around/between a decor accent.
Suggested Placement:
These clusters require a decor accent that they can be clustered around/between - this can be a set of candles, a lantern, a tabletop sign, a cake stand, a picture frame, etc.
These can be used on guests tables (in combination with a decor accent that will be placed on the table), or added to compliment other decor accents around the venue.

Pickup, Delivery, & Set Up Services
Florals are available for pickup, delivery (drop off only), or delivery & set up. Please see details and pricing for each option below.
Pickup
Florals can be picked up from the studio in East Hamilton. Florals are most often picked up the morning of the wedding, but if proper care is followed overnight they can be picked up the day before the wedding. If you would like to pick your florals up the day before please let us know and we can provide additional care instructions.
Florals will be packed into long, low cardboard boxes for easy transport, and all floral items will be labelled. Depending on the number of florals being picked up, you may be able to fit them into the truck/back seat of a car, or you may need an SUV or van with the rear seats down. We can provide more details about how much space you will need based on your specific order. Boxes must stay upright (to avoid spilling water) and cannot be stacked on top of one another, as they are open at the top. Additional set up instructions will be provided for the florals that you are including in your package, as well as any additional set up material you will need (for example, zip ties will be supplied for attaching the arch/arbour floral piece to the arch/arbour).
Please see the Floral Packing for Pickup and Delivery (Drop Off Only) below for more details and example photos of how your florals will packed for pickup. We do not offer teardown/late night floral collection - all fresh florals and vases/containers provided are yours to keep or give away to guests.
Delivery (Drop Off Only)
Florals can be delivered to up to two separate addresses. For delivery (drop off only), florals will be packed into boxes in the same way as if they were being picked up (Please see the Floral Packing for Pickup and Delivery (Drop Off Only) below for more details) and the studio will deliver these boxes to your preferred location(s). For delivery only, we do not unpack the boxes or do any set up/placing of the florals upon delivery, only drop the boxes off.
The number of delivery addresses will depend on what florals you order and your day-of schedule. If you order wedding party florals, you may want them to be delivered to you at your getting ready location, or you may prefer to have them delivered directly to your ceremony venue. Depending on the ceremony/reception florals ordered and the location of your ceremony/reception venue (same location or different), flowers may be delivered to one or both locations.
We do not return to collect florals/boxes or move florals after drop off, and we do not offer teardown/late night floral collection - all fresh florals and vases/containers provided are yours to keep or give away to guests

Floral Packing for Pickup and Delivery (Drop off Only)
The following details are an overview of how your florals will be packed for both pickup or delivery (drop off only). Packing method is the same whether you will be picking your florals up or having them delivered (dropped off).
Transporting Wedding Party Florals
Bouquets are individually placed into vases of water (below left), which are then individually packed into small square boxes (below right).
Boutonnieres, corsages, floral headbands, rose petal, and floral hairpieces are packed into small clear boxes or bags (below).
Wedding party florals are then labeled and packed side by side into long, low rectangular boxes (below) for transport. Bouquets are ready to use, and will just need to be removed from their vase of water and it is recommend to pat dry the stems. Return the bouquets to their boxes/vases to transport them with you throughout the wedding day, and returning the bouquets to the vases of water also helps keep the flowers as fresh as possible. If you keep the vases with you, the bouquets in vases can also be placed around your reception venue, as an added floral accent. Wearable florals (boutonnieres, corsages, floral headbands) will include everything needed to attach the florals (pins, wristband, ribbon ties).
Transporting Ceremony Florals & Reception Florals
Small and medium ceremony and reception florals (such as bud vases, small ceremony arrangements, small table arrangements, medium table arrangements), are packed side by side into long boxes (below). These arrangements are ready to place, and will just need to be removed from the boxes and placed on tables or other structures. If you will be transporting the florals again throughout the day (for example, you plan to move them from your ceremony venue to your reception venue) you may want to put the boxes aside so you can reuse them.
Large ceremony and reception florals (such as arch/arbour floral pieces, large ceremony arrangements, sweetheart table arrangements ) are packed into long boxes, often individually (below). Arrangements are ready to place, and the arbour/arch floral piece will be ready to attach to an arbour/arch with provided zip ties.
Transporting Table Greenery, Garland, & Loose Flowers
Garland and table greenery/table greenery clusters are packed into large clear bags (below). Garlands will need to be unwound, and then can be placed on tables/structures. Greenery clusters will be individually bundled together, and can be untied and then stems tucked around/between decor structures.
Loose flowers and loose greenery are provided in buckets of water (below). Flowers and greenery will be cleaned and ready for use. All stems must be recut with proper floral shears (not scissors) when removed from the bucket and placed in clean, cool water to ensure they last through the wedding day.
Depending on the size of the order, florals may all fit in the trunk and/or backseat of a car, or a van/SUV with the rear seats down may be needed. Boxes must stay upright (to avoid spilling water) and cannot be stacked on top of one another, as they are open at the top.
Delivery & Set Up
The delivery & set up option is available to the same locations as the above delivery zones, but will include full set up of your florals. Wedding party florals do not require set up, and are not included when calculating the set up fee. Loose buckets of flowers/greenery are also not include in set up, and will be delivered only.

Attaching an arch/arbour floral piece to an arch/arbour
Placing small, medium, and/or large ceremony arrangements where they will be placed for the ceremony
Attaching chair/pew markers to chairs/pews
Attaching a sign floral accent piece to a sign
Placing the sweetheart table piece on the sweetheart/head table
Placing all bud vases, small, and/or medium guest table arrangements on guest tables (or other tables, as accents)
Placing table greenery and/or table greenery clusters on tables or around decor
Placing garlands on tables, other structures, or attaching it to an arch/arbour
When you include set up, we will discuss and details and your preferences for your custom set up.
We do not remain on site after set up is complete, or return after the ceremony ends to move or repurpose florals. Set up includes one time, initial set up of your florals. If you would like to repurpose your ceremony florals at the reception, we can provide instructions for how to do so to your venue (if they will move florals for you) or a member of your wedding party/family member that will be able to move florals for you. Once we complete set up we typically remove the boxes used to transport the florals, but if you would like any boxes to remain either to use for additional transport or to take your florals home in please let us know and we will leave then on site.
We do not offer teardown/late night floral collection - all fresh florals and vases/containers provided are yours to keep or give away to guests.

Second Delivery Location
As long as the second delivery + set up can be done right after the first delivery + set up and is also in the local delivery area. If there is a gap of time needed between deliveries, the full $30 delivery fee + 10% of the floral items requiring set up will apply for both locations..
