About the Microwedding Package

The Microwedding Package is an à la carte selection of wedding florals that can work for many different sizes and types of weddings, beyond just what would be considered “microwedding” in size. The package is budget friendly while still providing you with our custom care and floral design style. Remove any stress from the process of selecting and organizing your wedding florals as you know you have a professional florist taking care of everything!

The Microwedding Package has a $500 minimum spend (before any delivery/set up fees and tax), making it a more budget friendly alternative to our full service wedding floral designs. There is a set selection of floral design options in the package, and we do not offer any rental items. Florals are designed in your choice of Microwedding Package colour palette, and all designs use a seasonal mix of florals in that colour palette. Florals can be picked up, delivered, or delivered & set up on your wedding day.

Who the Microwedding Package is for

The Microwedding Package is best suited for intimate elopements, Microweddings, and some small to mid-size weddings. Though there is no exact guest number limit when booking the Microwedding Package, we recommend an approximate maximum wedding size of 125 guests, as weddings larger than this tend to have more extensive floral needs not covered in the scope of the package.

The overall size (guest count) of your wedding is not as much a deciding factor as the overall amount of florals needed, the scale of your desired floral design, your venue, and your day-of delivery & set up needs. If you require more custom floral designs (beyond the floral items available in the package), colour palette, specific floral varieties, or extensive set up/teardown services full service wedding floral design may be a better option for you.

Our local delivery area is Hamilton/Burlington, but we can also deliver outside of this area for an additional delivery fee (including Oakville, Guelph/ Kitchener Waterloo/ Cambridge, Paris/Brantford, Beamsville/Grimsby, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Falls). Delivery to other locations not listed is available, please inquire for availability and custom pricing.

Booking the Microwedding Package

This guide includes details to help determine if the Microwedding Package is right for you, a list of all colour palette options (core and seasonal), all floral item options and pricing, and pickup/delivery/set up services available in the Microwedding Package.

Inquire and Build Your Custom Microwedding Package

If you think the Microwedding Package will be a good fit for your wedding florals and would like to inquire about availability for your wedding date, or schedule a call to ask questions and discuss details of your wedding, please fill in the inquiry form at the bottom of this page. We will then be in touch shortly to provide you with an order form or schedule a call.

Build your custom Microwedding Package by completing your order form with:

1. Your Contact & Wedding Details

2. Colour Palette Selection

Choose from any of the core colour palettes, or select a seasonal colour palette that is available on your wedding date

3. Floral Item Selection

Choose which of the floral items and number of each you would like to include in your package

4. Pickup/Delivery/Set Up Selection

Choice of floral pickup, floral delivery (drop off only), or floral delivery & set up

5. Preferred Deposit Amount

$250 or 50% of your pre-tax quote total

Note: Most selections can be left TBD if you would like book the Microwedding Package but make final decisions at a later date. See the Microwedding Package Guide & Price List for details.

Confirm your Booking with a Signed Contract & Deposit Payment

Once we receive your completed order form we will be in touch to provide you with a full quote, contract & deposit invoice.

Your booking is not confirmed until a signed and dated contract and deposit payment are received by the studio.

4.

Finalizing Your Selection and Making the Final Payment in the Lead Up to Your Wedding

Once your Microwedding Package booking is confirmed, you can make updated/changes to your quote up until 6 weeks before your wedding date, as long as the minimum spend amount is reached. Your final payment is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. Details and exact dates will be provided for you upon booking.

5.

Floral Pickup, Delivery (Drop off Only), or Set Up & Delivery on Your Wedding Day

On your wedding day your florals will be ready for you to pickup, be delivered (drop off only), or delivered and set up for you, depending on your chosen method. All fresh florals, vases, and containers provided in the Microwedding Package by the studio are yours to keep and do not need to be returned to us - take them home with your or gift them to family/guests.
