Our Floral Designs
All of our full service wedding floral designs are custom created for every couple we work with, which means that no two wedding floral mixes, floral designs, or day-of's are ever exactly the same.
We work with you to put together a unique floral design that best suits your preferred florals, colours, style, wedding theme, venue, and season.
Our Wedding Floral Style & Pricing Guide provides a general overview of booking process, floral style, floral design options, pricing, and set up/delivery services offered. We offer a Free Wedding Floral Design Consultation, where we discuss the details of your floral design needs and answer any questions you may have for us. We will then provide you with a Custom Floral Design Proposal & Quote.
Floral Design Guidance
We are happy to provide as much or as little guidance as you need in your wedding floral design planning. This may mean:
→ You have a specific floral design in mind and are mainly looking for someone to execute your vision.
→ You have a general idea for your floral design in mind, but are open to some further suggestions and recommendations.
→ You are seeking full floral design guidance based on your wedding venue, colours, and/or season, and are open to suggestions and recommendations.

The studio is located in Hamilton, ON and services weddings held throughout Southern Ontario and the GTA, including Hamilton, Burlington, Toronto, Niagara, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Paris, Guelph, Cambridge, St. Catharine's, Kitchener/Waterloo, and beyond!
Booking Process
From your initial inquiry through to you wedding day.

If after reviewing our Wedding Floral Style & Pricing Guide you think the studio may be a good fit for your wedding florals please let us know you are ready to move forward with a wedding floral design consultation!
Note: Though not all of your wedding details need to be confirmed before booking a floral design consultation, we do recommend that a general wedding plan be established first (ie. venue booked, overall wedding theme and colour scheme decided, general ceremony and reception layout known, wedding party size decided) so that the most accurate floral design options and quote can be provided for you. If you are still in the early planning stages, but would like to book to secure your wedding date, the minimum information we will need is: your wedding date, ceremony venue, and reception venue

Consultation and Custom Floral Design Proposal & Quote
During the floral design consultation we typically cover: The overall scope, theme, and colour scheme of your wedding florals, discuss the details of the florals you may like to included in your design, go over your general day-of timeline and floral delivery/set up needs, and answer any additional questions you may have for us.
After the consultation we prepare your custom Wedding Floral Design Proposal & Quote, which will include: Your suggested mix of theme flowers, individual pricing and design options for all florals you may be interested in including in your final floral design, and pricing options for different set up & delivery services.
3.
Confirm your Booking with a Signed Contract & Deposit Payment
To secure your wedding date and quoted floral design, you will need to place a deposit (30% of your quote total or $1000) and return a signed/ dated contract within two weeks of receiving your Wedding Floral Design Proposal & Quote.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit payment and signed/dated contract are received by the studio.
If a deposit and signed quote & contract are not received within those two weeks, the date is opened back up to other inquiries and studio availability can no longer be guaranteed.
4.
Finalizing Your Selection and Making the Final Payment in the Lead Up to Your Wedding
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a timeline that includes all dates and deadlines to make changes and/or updates to your signed floral design & quote.
Larger changes can be made, and additional items quoted, up until three months before your wedding date.
All final floral design decisions and numbers are due six weeks before your wedding date.
Final payment is due four weeks before your wedding date.
5.
Floral Delivery & Set Up on Your Wedding Day
On your wedding day we will be on site to deliver and set up your weddings florals as outlined in your floral design. This is different for every wedding and venue, but we work with your timeline to keep everything running seamlessly on your day!
Basic Floral Delivery & Set Up Includes (as needed): delivery of the wedding party florals, delivery & set up of the ceremony florals, delivery & set up of the reception florals, and (only if the ceremony and reception are the same venue) moving & repurposing the ceremony florals at the reception.
We can also repurpose ceremony florals at a different reception venue, but this is not included in basic delivery & set up and an additional fee will apply.
Delivery and set-up needs vary from wedding to wedding - we will confirm which of the above delivery & set up services you will need and provide a custom floral day-of delivery timeline for you.
6.
Teardown and Collection of Rental Items
All fresh florals provided by the studio, as well as any purchased vases or decor items are yours to keep. Take your flowers home to enjoy or preserve, or give them away to your guests!
The only exclusion is rental items, which will need to either be collected or returned to the studio. Any fresh flowers in rental vases can be removed from the vase and taken home, as long as the rental vase remains for collection or return.
Late night teardown/rental collection is available as an optional add on if your design includes rentals or if you will need us to return to collect your fresh flowers. If preferred, most rental items can be returned to the studio at an agreed upon date after the wedding.
