Full service wedding floral design can work for weddings of any size and with any guest count. 

Though there is no maximum guest count, we recommend the Microwedding Package for weddings with 125 guests or fewer, as wedding with a larger guest count typically require more extensive design and set up services than offered in the Microwedding Package.

Peak season (May to October) Saturdays and Sundays of holiday weekends* have a minimum spend of $3000 (pre-tax and delivery/set up fees). The minimum spend for all other dates is $1500 (pre-tax and delivery/set up fees).

*Holiday Sunday are the Sunday's of the following weekends: Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving

Minimum spend is $500 (pre-tax & delivery/set up fees) for all dates.

A custom floral colour palette and floral mix is created for each couple, and a colour palette overview and list of all florals that will be used in the wedding floral design will be provided in the wedding floral design proposal & quote.  

Florals will be designed in your choice of the following colour palettes, using a mix of seasonal blooms: All-White, Ivory & Cream, Blush & Pink, Bright & Vibrant, Pastel Mix, Jewel Tones, All White + 1-2 Accent Colours*, Ivory & Cream + 1-2 Accent Colours*,  Spring Mix (March to June only), Summer Mix (June to August only), Autumn Mix (August to October only), Winter Mix (November to February only). 

*Accent colour options: light pink, medium pink, hot pink, deep purple, blush, light blue, lavender, pastel yellow, peach, orange, red, and/or burgundy

We work with you to put together a unique floral design that best suits your preferred florals, colours, style, wedding theme, venue, and season.

The following floral items are available: Bridal Bouquet, Bridesmaids Bouquet, Classic Pin-On Boutonniere, Pocket Square Boutonniere, Wrist Corsage, Flower Girl Bouquet, Basket of Toss Petals, Mini Boutonniere, Flower Crown, Small Floral Hairpiece, Arch/Arbour Floral Piece, Small Ceremony Arrangement, Medium Ceremony Arrangement, Large Ceremony Arrangement, Sign Accent Piece, Chair Marker, Sweetheart Table Arrangement, Bud Vase, Small Table Arrangement, Medium Table Arrangement, Cake Flower Bundle, Table Greenery, Small Garland, Medium Garland + Florals

We offer a number of rental items, including arch/arbours, pillars/pedestals, candle holders/candles, vases, fabric drapery, etc.

Rental items will need to either be collected during late night teardown or returned to the studio. 

We do not offer rental items in the Microwedding Package.

Delivery and set-up needs vary from wedding to wedding. We work with your wedding timeline and provide a custom floral day-of delivery timeline for you. Our full service base delivery & set up services include delivery of the wedding party florals, delivery & set up of the ceremony florals, delivery & set up of the reception florals, and room flip (if ceremony and reception venue are the same). Room flip for different ceremony and reception venues can also be provided, but is not included in the base delivery & set up fee. 

Florals can be picked up from the studio, delivered (dropped off only), or delivered & set up (one time set up only). Florals can be delivered to up to two separate locations. If you select to have your florals delivered and set up, once the initial set up is complete we do not remain on site to move florals between different locations. If you would like to move your florals after the initial set up we can provide instructions to your venue (if they will move florals - venue dependent), a family member, or member of your wedding party so that they can move your florals for you.

All fresh florals provided by the studio, as well as any purchased vases or decor items are yours to keep. 

The only exclusion is rental items, which will need to either be collected or returned to the studio. Any fresh flowers in rental vases can be removed from the vase and taken home, as long as the rental vase remains for collection or return.

Late night teardown/rental collection is available as an optional add on if your design includes rentals or if you will need us to return to collect your fresh flowers. If preferred, most rental items can be returned to the studio at an agreed upon date after the wedding.

All fresh florals and vases/containers provided by the studio are yours to keep. 

We do not offer teardown services in the Microwedding Package.
